Visual consistency and optimization of Mailchimp

In January 2021, Odense Theater was about to change its visual identity and contacted us to get help transferring the new visual identity to their templates in Mailchimp.

Odense Theater has a unique and complete visual identity - not only on stage, but also when it comes to their written and visual communication. Therefore, they wanted to review and optimize their Mailchimp setup at the same time. They wanted to equip their event worker, Cindie, to be able to handle the set-up and sending of the theatre's many email campaigns herself.

Odense Theater had:

• Cleanup and optimization of their recipient lists

• Super delicious templates with their new visual identity

• Interconnection between their ticketing system and Mailchimp

• New automatic email flows for new recipients (Customer Journeys)

• One-on-one training and coaching with Cindie, so she became self-driven
